The Masakado Persona 3 Reload unlock comes from Elizabeth’s Request #87. Clear the request, then gather Zouchouten, Jikokuten, Koumokuten and Bishamonten for the special fusion. Register each ingredient so you can summon the full set when you are ready.
Create Masakado at level 79, then build toward Debilitate at 81 and Arms Master at 84. Cover its Electric weakness as you plan inherited skills. Save useful ingredient builds in the Compendium before combining them.
